Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SUL AI ("SUL", "we", "us"), an AI marketing workspace operated by Pilotnavia LLC, a limited liability company with its principal office at 8000 NW 25th Street, Suite 300, Doral, FL 33122, United States. By creating an account or using SUL you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SUL on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
2. Credits, plans and payments
- SUL works with credits. Each creation shows its estimated cost before you start, and you are charged according to the actual usage, never more than the amount shown as maximum.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle following the one in which they were granted. Credit packs you buy separately do not expire while your account is active. Free trial credits expire 30 days after they are granted.
- If a creation fails or is not delivered, the credits charged for it are returned automatically.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law or stated in these Terms, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the period you already paid for.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload ("Inputs") and, to the extent permitted by law, you own the content SUL generates for you ("Outputs"). You give SUL a limited license to host, process and display your Inputs and Outputs only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including product photos, logos and images of people.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SUL to:
- infringe intellectual property or copy third-party creative work; references (including pins from Pinterest) may be used for structure and style only, not to reproduce other people's images, text, logos or likeness;
- create images, voices or videos of a real person without that person's permission, or impersonate anyone;
- make false, misleading or unsupported claims in advertising, including health, financial or earnings claims;
- create illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content, or content involving minors;
- send spam, break the rules of the platforms you publish to, or attempt to access, overload or reverse-engineer SUL.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. AI-generated content
AI can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, similar to content created for others, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review every Output before you publish or use it, and make sure it complies with the law and with the policies of the platforms where you publish it.
6. Connected platforms
When you connect services such as YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or Pinterest, you authorize SUL to access them on your behalf to perform the actions you request. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms; in particular, by connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect them at any time, and our Privacy Policy explains what we access from each one and how to delete it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep SUL available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, and may rely on third-party AI providers whose availability can change.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SUL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to SUL is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using SUL and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use SUL after that means you accept the updated Terms.
